"You have to make your own mistakes"
The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Emma Watson's new film, is about being flawed and how that can be a real battleground, especially in high school, when peer pressure is at a fever pitch. For the actress as well, this moment represents a challenge: this is her first project since Hermione of Hogwarts. And she hasn't forgotten the growing pains of adolescence: "It's a journey", she says. "The sad thing is, you only learn from experience. People can tell you these things. But you have to go out there and make your own mistakes".
